You can hear Chris every Monday thru Friday from 6:00 till 10:00 am.
A decorated Viet Nam Veteran, Chris was discharged from the military in 1972.
After graduating from college in 1976 with a degree in Computer Science, he began
working for “Corporate America”.
Not satisfied with this type of work he attended the Columbia School of
Broadcasting and got his first feel of being “on-the-air” working for a radio
station in Bryan. From there Chris moved around the country perfecting
his skills at various radio stations in Ohio, Michigan, New York, California
and eventually found his way back to Houston where he worked as
“The Overnight Guy” on a popular rock station.
Not a fan of “the big city”, Chris turned his talents to smaller markets.
Most recently he worked six years as the Morning Show Host
for country station KTEX-106 in Brenham where he found a huge following.
After a brief retirement he began working as the Morning Show Host for
The New Lite FM in Brenham. At the request of the owners, Chris brings
his morning show along with his wit, his humor, and his fan base to this area.
His family friendly show has taken off in this market and has established himself
as a welcomed entertainer.
When not on-the-air, Chris works closely with charities and enjoys writing
music, playing guitar, and riding his Harley.
